It is very accommodating to people of all levels! Unfortunately, our son was frustrated the evening as there is only one platform and a man hogged it for two hours. He was very frustrated that the man did not understand gym etiquette, including perspiring all over the equipment and not cleaning up after himself. This is been our experience on the ActiveTrex equipment, too. Perhaps a sign or reminder would help.

I love Tuesday night barre and Thursday night pilates with Nikki. She is such a fantastic teacher. She is patient, witty and knowledgeable. Nikki's classes are challenging for any level. I sincerely don't know where I'd be today without them, and am so grateful for her teachings.
