I love lap swimming outside at the Arnold location but find that the schedule does not always match the online schedule. For example, I came a day that it said 6 lanes would be available & there were only 4. I constantly check the schedule before coming and feel that I am risking it being correct. Other times, I have come when there are lessons in the lap lanes when the schedule says that there would be 6 lanes available. At one time, one of the swim instructors told me that I "should expect that there will be lessons at any time". I feel that the schedule should reflect the actual number of lanes that will be available for lap swimming.

Ms. Drew is an amazing instructor for the class. Her instructions with the children are clear-cut and my child is always excited to attend class.

I like the teachers and how they engage with the students. Some who are not at the level need to be sent back to the appropriate level bc the teachers spend too much time trying to get some students to do the different tasks.

The swimming pool area was very nice and accommodating for our young ones. The facility looked good and well-maintained all around and staff was friendly and very helpful!

The masters program is superb. As a by product, I have recruited a few swimmers to our team. It is well run, well coached and well attended. It is a valuable asset to thee Y. Thanks for continuing the program.
Jeremy is such an amazing instructor. My son was very nervous starting this class, but Jeremy is patient, kind and encouraging. I also like how kids are able to have this opportunity to do a physical activity that’s not tied to a competitive sport. He does not feel like he won or lost when the class is over, he is focusing on his own goal on getting a little higher each class.
I like the sport activities for the kids. I found the PNO very good, for me as parent to have a break, and for the kids to have a good moment to play and socialize!
Tristan and Jeremy were amazing instructors and my son absolutely loved the rock wall class with them. We ended up needing to switch days for my son, and they were able to accommodate the switch easily, which was very nice. We will definitely take another class!
We love the teacher and she was very encouraging, however, it did not seem like the students in the class matched the description. The requirement for a level 3 stated something like “can swim 15 feet alone,” and my child was one of two kids that could do that. All of the other kids could not swim and/or screamed and cried the entire lesson, which was very distracting and took a lot of the class time. I do not think we would sign up again for this reason.
It’s a great place to work out and swim .. nice facilities.. but some employees are rude and have no manners , they always talking and ignore members .. also the guard don’t pay much attention to the kids while they swim …. Last thing I understand how important to trading new life guard but they should not use the family time for that l, when I bring my kids on family time I expect the pool is open it is not fair for me and my kids to not enjoy our time and use our privileges !!
My kids love it! The freedom to do so many activities is great. We also love getting a date night on a regular basis.

Nancy has been great with the mommy and me lessons. Provides lots of flexibility to families and children so they can explore and grow as they are able and comfortable.
The staff is very friendly especially Miss Z, Shannon, and Patrick Good equipment for your workout. The Y is GREAT for families. Keep up the good work
