I loved how relaxed and easy it was to join. I felt very comfortable during the entire process. I absolutely love the facility in Arnold, since we are new to the area I have not experienced such a nice YMCA. I'm so grateful!

I love tmany of the classes. Body pump instructor, Ashley is reason enough to join. Other instructors are careless with client safety. Often not talking about form, or offering lower impact options. It makes me cringe to watch.
