There are so many things to participate in such as dancing, gymnastics, basketball. There are a lot of exercise equipment to use. Anyone can schedule with a fitness trainer to show you how to use gym equipment in gym. All ages of people are welcome, there is a lot of things to choose such as Swimming. The cost of membership is affordable compared to other Gyms in Maryland. I am having a good experience (my brother and I).
Many people miss Aqua Jogging classes at the Dancel center Y. The Dancel has done little contact or get teachers that teach Aqua Jogging. Shame on you Dancel.
