Friendly staff!
The people…everyone is so friendly and welcoming. DW and Laura at the front desk are always smiling and upbeat, they always answer and questions and easily solve all billing problems. Instructors Sam and Trish do a fantastic job teaching Aqua Arthritis in the warm pool. Additionally I have made so many friends in class. Too many to mention. It’s by far the best $54 a month I spend.
Mr. Anthony was very professional and knowledgeable on the tour he provided at the Y for my family and I who are new members.
Also, very kind to my granddaughter who just joined his Soccer Team. We all are looking forward to being active members at the Y.

I think the Ymca is always clean!! The instructors are really good. My only complaint would be I wish there were more body pump classes.

We love the Y for our family. Easy access to amenities, friendly and helpful staff and we love the warm pool for swimming especially in the winter time.
We are so happy with our Y at Dancel in Central Maryland. Where do I begin? Starting from the facility itself---it is clean, modern, spacious and filled with plenty of state of the art equipment. I am never waiting for equipment to open up.
Our family also absolutely loves taking advantage of the Stay and Play and all the child centered activities offered by the Y. The Stay and Play is THE reason why we joined. The staff in there is friendly, and they provide kids with plenty of things to do.
The Y also offers a lot of different workout classes so anyone is bound to find something they like.
The youth sports classes are very affordable, and are well structured. Also, the Parents Night Out event is AMAZING! What an incredibly generous event to offer parents. We take advantage of that once a month!
Lastly, the staff at our Y is so friendly and helpful. They truly act like a family, and not a reluctant employee who would rather be anywhere but work.
A little bit about us--we are a family of four with two children under the age of 7. At least one person in our family goes to Y daily. We utilize our Y a LOT! We are thankful everyday for having such a useful and important facility so close to us. Thank you to the staff for providing an above and beyond experience for all the members. We appreciate all that you do!
We have a family membership and we spend a lot of our weekends there. We love the activities for kids. The staff is amazing! My kids get so excited to go “go to the gym” as my toddler says because of the stay and play. We like that we can have the kids try various sports without it costing an arm and a leg. I love Keena’s Zumba class and Janet’s total body circuit class. Feels like a little community because you see the same members a lot. Feels good to go there!

The Pickleball program - the times available and number of courts provide amble opportunities to enjoy my favorite exercise. Plus the variety of fitness exercise machines and other programs available

För a fairly low price I have access to a beautiful gym, a lot of different classes and, for me most of all, hours of pickleball with a terrific group of people! The Y is all inclusive and does so much for the community and it's kids.
