Love all of the classes and the stay and play!
I just wanted to share how much my family is enjoying our time at the YMCA! We absolutely love the facilities and the variety of activities available. One of the highlights for us is the separate warm pool with a slightly elevated water temperature—our child, who usually avoids swimming due to cold water, is now excited to get in and enjoy the pool!
The workout options are fantastic, and we appreciate the variety of fitness opportunities available. The weekend kids' art workshops are also a wonderful addition—especially during the winter months when outdoor play isn't always an option. It's a great way for kids to stay engaged and creative.
We truly love being part of the YMCA community and are looking forward to more fun and memorable experiences here. Thank you for providing such a great space for families!

I love the YMCA and Janet’s cardio dance class. My only feedback is that on Mondays, I am unable to attend the class in its entirety. The class is 11:30-12:15 and the stay and play closes at 12. The main reason I have my membership is to attend Janet’s classes so it’s a little frustrating that I’m unable to attend it fully on Mondays.
I like the neighborly and friendly environment where everyone is welcome. The equipment is also top notch.

I like the variety of activities and the equipment. I don't like that at times it gets too crowded and you need to wait a long time for the machines, it disrupts the workout. maybe you need to start giving out tickets (like you do for the classes) to go to the strength training area to make sure not too many people are there at the same time.

I love the class and the teachers/ amazing ambient
Love the classes. However some are sooooo crowded it is dangerous, especially for classes using equipment (weights, bars, etc). People move around a lot and could easily be injured. Instructors, who are already busy enough, really should ensure the safety of the participants.

Everyone on staff and the instructors are helpful, courteous, and professional. I enjoy the Zumba classes and working out on the equipment.
Everyone is friendly & helpful. The classes I have gone to have have been great & fun! The pool is an excellent temparture the equipment & set is nice.
I've only been a member for a week so it's too early to tell. I do, however, appreciate the culture of friendliness. It's pervasive.

I enjoy the Dancel center Y. It’s the people at the customer service (Karen) who are not so pleasant and empathetic. I have been a Y member for over 10 years and have never asked for anything and now during these challenging times under this new administration I asked for my payment date to be changed and was denied. I am a federal employee and not know from one day to the next what may happen with my employment. I explain this to Karen as well as the fact I yea to work with BETNIE DANCEL. Karen did not care nor did she assist me I. Getting what I needed done. I went to the Dancel center and my payment date was changed with no issues or resistance.
