What do you like about your Y experience?

I like the senior classes that encourage basic strengthening, especially core strengthening, balance and increasing flexibility.
I also like senior cardio classes as part of general fitness.

We always enjoy our visit to the pool. Everyone is pleasant to us. The surroundings are always clean and comfortable. Water exercise is very valuable to senior citizens.

This was my family’s first time. We attended the Parents Night Out. The facility was clean and staff were very happy. My children had such a good time attending PNO and said the activities were lots of fun.

Even if I don't go to the gym for a while due of work or travel, when I return to the Y I've always felt welcome - there is a comfortable familiarity when I am greeted by their warm smiles.
