Even if I don't go to the gym for a while due of work or travel, when I return to the Y I've always felt welcome - there is a comfortable familiarity when I am greeted by their warm smiles.

I like the variation of going to the workout room some days and other days heading to the aqua therapy pool to soothe sore muscles. And being greeted by Matt each morning on arrival is such an uplifting feeling. He’s always, always cheerful pleasant and helpful.

Friendly staff, clean facility even flowers look great this summer. Must be a new gardener.
Locker room looks inviting and it is easy to turn off the facets in the shower, new floor and lighting is bright.
