The instructors for the Aquasize Programs are great!
I basically use the warm water pool for arthritis exercise and water fitness. The instructor, Pam, is excellent. Unfortunately, the classes have grown so much that the pool is getting overcrowded and it is difficult to find enough room for some of the exercises.

The staff and the members are so friendly and helpful. Love the warm pool, but wish we had an earlier start time. The extra activities help make new friendships. Love the pot luck luncheons.
All the exercising classes
I really enjoy the classes and instructors! Just wish there were more Cx Worx classes available.

The greeters at the door are getting better -- more genuine interaction -- not just checking their computer screens to make sure you've signed in with a minimal "hi."
With the great additional of Jill as the coordinator of the Group Fitness Classes, the class schedule is showing good signs of improving the number and variety of classes available on weekdays days and nights, as well as on weekend mornings. Very nice improvement. Couple of more suggestions below to further strengthen the experience.
Still need to build more core strengthening (pilates, etc.) and wt lifting classes in the schedule around the AEROBIC style DANCE classes around NOON. Too often there is NOTHING scheduled before or after the DANCE CLASSES -- which leaves the participants of these highly popular classes STILL NEEDING to BALANCE their work outs with core or wt lifting work outs to achieve being HEALTHY and for improving fitness - but NOTHING is scheduled THERE! Particularly on Tuesdays and Fridays (before Functional Fitness). Even something (core/wt lifting combo) short -- 30 minutes right BEFORE the classes to balance our HIGH AEROBICS exercise would be much appreciated.
Still need to figure out a way to AVOID TICKETING for entrance to GROUP CLASSES in the evenings and weekends -- that EXCLUDES and DISCOURAGES (and P-Os) highly members from their workout. Suggestion -- even MORE CLASSES during those times -- to SPREAD the demand over more classes -- and to spread the demand on the parking lot and kiddie care.

Flexible scheduled
The Y has everything for my family’s needs. I love that I can go to Zumba and drop my daughter off to the Stay and Play area. Then afterwards the two of us can go swimming.
Connor loves working with his trainer Trevor. He is patient and encouraging driving engagement while keeping Connor focused.
