Nicole is an extremely good swimming instructor. There were some substitute teachers who were good too , they just need to be a bit more enforcing like her :)

What do you like about your Y experience?

We love this class! The instructor is wonderful and gives great advice about water safety for kids. This is information that helps me to feel more confident taking my son to swim! She also focuses on teaching the kids skills that promote safety.

Pam, who teaches two classes in the warm pool, is a great and inclusive teacher. Her focus is on each person in the class, every class, every day. She is a gift to your program!

Recently, I had a concern about the women’s shower room and Katie in the Y office resolved it and followed up with me, thanking me for my feedback. Well done!
