Friendly staff members that not only remember me by face but also by name. Updated equipment. Plenty of options for my cardio. Not busy when I’m there every weekday from 5:30-7:30am. The Dansel Y is a great place to workout!

The teacher is amazing! I love the class! She teaches us new ballet steps every lesson. I definitely recommend the class to everyone.

Swim Conditioning class is a good offering for kids who want to swim at a high level without the pressures of a competition. I wish they had more lanes to swim for the class.

He does a great job. A lot of repetition which is a good thing. Probably would help if we focused on the part of the form we struggle with more, like kicking or if it's our arms. But practice makes perfect.
