Love the facility and the renovation! New equipment - yay!
Good facility
Most of the time everything is great. A few comments regarding the Men's locker room: there are missing soap dispensers in some of the shower stalls, there are missing towel hooks outside of the shower stalls. Thanks.
So far my second time there and everyone is very helpful

We had a great instructor!! Erica was very friendly and professional. She catered to both of our girls whom were at different swim levels. One child was afraid of jumping in the water but Erica kept encouraging her to not be afraid. Erica motivated and encourage her to face her fears. By the end of the session both girls were swimming and jumping in the deep end. She had a flexible schedule and was very informative. I can't wait to sign them up again with her.
The Y at Abingdon is a community hub where the residents gather to network and work out. There are activities for every age and the staff is helpful. It's also clean and the new equipment rocks. It's convenient and the hours of operation are great.

The Y at Abingdon has every thing that I need for my daily workout. Plenty gym equipment, a swimming pool and many classes that are excellent and free.
Best of all the friendly staff who is ready to help makes me fell very comfortable and want come to Y every day. I always told my friends that the Y is the best investment that I have made in my life.
