I enjoy the exercise classes. The Bodycombat class is my favorite. The instructors are also friendly, knowledgeable and have great personalities!

What do you like about your Y experience?

Fantastic. Our 3 year old is extremely energetic and doesn't exactly have listening, down pat. The ballet instructor has been a joy. So patient and so knowledgeable and even though she has to correct Athena numerous times during the class, she understands that Athena is 3 and shows no malice and the teacher makes the class interesting, fun and very caring.

What do you like about your Y experience?

Water aerobics is great. Gives me exercise without the joint impact that regular exercise would. Will try chair yoga soon.

Hunter and Jonah are great instructors and take time to perfect the skill in swimming techniques. My son likes them as instructors and so do I.

I have been doing personal training with Emily for 4 months and it has been a great experience. She is very knowledgeable and keeps workouts interesting with a variety of exercises. The Y is clean friendly and offers a variety of classes. I very much enjoy working out here.

It brought something out in my child that ive never seen before. The love for dance that it taught and the excitement in the classes. I couldnt have asked for a better experience for my daughter and myself.
