I love the friendly members and staff. I love the personal trainers that give me tips and push me with a smile. I love especially the Aqua classes. I attend them all and they help me most as my many multiple birthdays limit the amount of land classes I can handle. Thank you for helping me be a healthier and happier me

Great staff, the trainers are helpful and nice, the environment at the gym is always good and the people are friendly. The price of a membership is very good and childcare is offered! Love the activities for the kids. Would love to see more HIIT classes offered and the childcare extended to at least 8:30 for the Circuit Training class on Tuesday that ends at 8:15.

Each swimmer is important and they teach skill building. Your child isn’t just another number, each one is important. Everything is clearly explained and easily understood.
The Y is family friendly, offers many programs in a very supportive, non-competitive environment (e.g. encourage participation!). The facility is safe and clean, we love the family pool and many other features.
My son looks forward to his soccer practice every week.
