Everybody care about you. When I went back last week the employees were happy to see us. They asked how we were doing. The Y is very clean and they are always wiping everything down.

The equipment, the price, that your staff is nice and doesn't try to upsell me on classes or trainings or tell me that I need a personal trainer to lose weight because I have been unsuccessful at keeping it off myself (something an Arena Club employee actually said to me).

The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is maintained in a very orderly and spic and span fashion. The exercise machines are seldom out of order and there is an amazing number of programs to choose from. Overall, the 'Y' is a very pleasant and productive experience with COVID-19 issues addressed.

I like reserving a lane for the lap pool. I feel very safe. Looking forward to the aqua classes starting again.

No hassle in and out. Friendly staff, machines set apart (Corona virus), staff is cleaning machines after work out, not over crowded/
I am a regular user of the Lap Pool. I really like the ability to schedule a lane as part of the reopening strategy. I wonder if this is something that could be available when the Y is fully functional again. I think that with certain rules and restrictions, it could help swimmers and the Y enhance the use of the pool. Just a thought.
Also, it's a small thing, but one of the clocks on the walls in the pool area is not working. When it is working, it helps to monitor your swim time in the 45 minute window currently available to swimmers.
