I like the gym in general. I like the classes I just wish there were more pilates and yoga classes and for them to be more challenging.

It's a great place for my family to come. I can either take my son to the pool or put him.in the daycare while I work out and the pieces are cheap to compared to other gyms that have a pool and daycare

I absolutely love the Y at Abingdon. The staff there is second to none. I am not sure if you know it but the team in the morning that opens are fantastic, Mike on the floor and the team at the front desk. The cycle instructors Lauren, Mariel, Lindsay are absolutely amazing. I talk about how great the Y is to everyone. This is one of the reasons I kept our family membership through the COVID situation. I really believe in the Y and what you do. I will always support the Y and try to help with all of your events.
