The atmosphere is very friendly at the front desk.
It is a place my whole family can enjoy! The swimming and the basketball are good for my 15 yr old. Weights and treadmill are good for my husband. The bike and water aerobics are good for myself. My goddaughter loves the classes. It's awesome!

The Y in Abingdon has a great atmosphere and even better people.
There is a good range of programming for all ages. In particular, our toddlers really have enjoyable experiences with others where they are learning. We have had 2 families from our community join in recent months but we never remember to give them the referral form! It would be great if referrals could be done online.
