Not the best haircut but you receive services not offered at similar places like quick massage and hot towel. Stylist was very personable!
Lessen the cost just a touch ($28.00 to $25.00 for a basic cut) and offer a 10% and 20% tip option at checkout.

The friendly stylists always greet me when I enter the store. They always offer me services and products that I may not be utilizing.
The head massage, shoulder massage and hit towel
Select a stylist- arrived when the app said, checked in and the board said about a five minute wait for the stylist that I wanted to cut my hair. I was number two on the board. Two of three other stylists were finished before the stylist I was waiting for was done. They checked their customers out and rather than taking the first person on the board, they stood and talk to each other. My stylist finished and ended up taking the first person on the board ahead of me so I got to wait for an additional 35 minutes. This is terrible service.

My son was having a very difficult time with his hair cut due to his discomfort from a textile standpoint, he doesn’t like the tickle feeling and get very overwhelmed. With help from our stylist and Martha? I think is her name. She was able to calm him down and we could finish the haircut. I cannot thank her enough.
