When getting a haircut, usually I am asked if I prefer round or square in the back, referring to the neckline. I prefer round, so I typically let the hair stylist know at the beginning. My understanding of 'round' is that the left and right sides of the existing neckline are rounded at the bottom sides instead of squared. Instead, the stylist buzzed each side of my neckline, making them shorter, resulting in the entire neckline looking rounded. This has never happened before, so I am thinking it was a misunderstanding. If I gave an incorrect instruction, please let me know and how I should request what I prefer in the future. Thanks.

I had one of the best experiences in salons, I was greeted when I first came in, discussed my needs..had a short wait & enjoyed watching the TV monitors & talking with my stylist...she gave me an amazing cut, and I am happy with it..she did a fantastic job! Yes, I will tell friends and family about my experience as a 1st time customer.

I have been to SportsClips numerous times but only two locations, Gurnee IL and of late Port Charlotte FL Wilton vacation. Port Charlotte has been the worst experience I’ve had. The stylist did not cut my hair as I had asked. I wanted the top cut to a length of about two fingers and the sides just cleaned up. She proceeded with the clippers on the back of my head and once I could see what she was doing on my side it was too late to stop. She cut my sides down to about a 1/4” and did what I asked for on top. When finished I looked like a carrot top, I brush my hair straight back. Very disappointed.
