It is very hard for me to plan a haircut due to my medical conditions. I have psoriatic arthritis and occipital neuropathy, both effecting my scalp, neck and head. I suffer from headaches nearly every day and cannot have anything touch my head. Today started as a very good day, no headache. I went to my local Sport Clips and Macy Som cut my hair and took care of me. I never mentioned my conditions and she still knows nothing about them. I asked for the Ultimate MVP, which is what I usually get. She was so attentive to making sure my hair was cut how I wanted it and my beard trimmed. During my hair wash and scalp massage, she was so gentle and if felt amazing. When I am not having a flare-up, I love having my scalp massaged and it helped so much. If you have any kind of employee recognition program, please consider her. I left feeling better than when I walked in even and for me, that means so much.
Girls do a good job…make sure you are hapoy with the way your hair looks before they let you leave.

Stylist did not listen and outcome was horrible! Had to go to a second place to fix it causing my son to cut most of his hair off after spending a year growing it out! Extremely disappointing and will tell everyone to stay away!

Hot towel was something I didn’t know I was missing with my haircuts. Whoever cut my hair put in more effort than any stylist previously. I’ve mainly gone to chain haircut places like knockouts for men, hair cuttery, super cuts, etc for the last year. This place is the best.
