Abundant locations
Just a terrible haircut. Girl just rushed, never combed it out, didn’t trim sideburns, 20 second massage etc. Guy in the chair beside me was there when I got there and still there when I left. I’ve been many times and they were positive experiences. Just disappointing

You give clients great cuts but more, time to relax with hair wash, scalp treatment and massage chair with hot and cold face towels. More like a spa which is great for working man. Simply, if it got any better I could not stand it.

Each time I come into this establishment, the professional greeting is most welcoming! Cari cut my hair and did an excellent job! She’s tentative to detail and very meticulous when it comes to her work! Very professional I’d hire her as a personal hair stylist!
Jessica is great!
Be consistent. I know what a good haircut looks like and I know when someone is just breezing through. Every customer knows when a stylist puts in the effort to give you a nice cut.
Great haircut. Very satisfied. I was, however, confused by the pricing options. The MVP haircut looked like a special type of higher end experience, not the regular haircut. So, the final price surprised me.

This was my first visit to your establishment, as I just moved here three weeks ago. I was very impressed with the extra effort my stylist put in to make my experience first rate.
I am not satisfied with the haircut given. I did not want my hair really short and I was given a buzzcut. I was also charged for services I did not request. Please give me a full refund to my card in order to make this right.

I walked into the store with some hair on my head (or at least the sides), I told the stylist what I wanted, but then she proceeded to cut all my hair off! It was so low and I was bald! What the heck! Good thing, it was actually what I requested. Thank you for the great service! :)
