The process of reserving a stylist…. You do it on the app, says you are inline for a certain stylist to arrive and have it be 20-30 later than the app said before you arrived…. Terrible for time planning!!!
My son and I absolutely love coming here! The app sign-in makes the process incredibly quick and convenient. I just had my haircut by Ryan, and he did an outstanding job—I'm thrilled with the results!

I like that the stylist seem to care and have an interest in you instead of like the other places have you in the chair for 7 minutes or less.
Lower the price! That is the only negative concern that I have.
Holy expensive! Prices were bad, limiting us to special occasions and very long between cuts. But there seems to have been an increase. Can't see going back to spend that kind of money on a kids haircut with no extras and still have to tip. Greed shall put you where you belong. ✌️
