Chase, my dog, LOVES Dogtopia (Round Rock) . He gets so excited when I park at Dogtopia and then runs to the front door to get admitted for his stay there. I really like the employees as does Chase--they are very kind and loving and are very attentive to all the dogs that are there.

I do have a question, though. Do you have a person in the building for 24 hour care and also water sprinkler in case of fire? There has been a fire at another facility in the area killing 75 dogs because of no 24 hour care and no sprinkler systems, I would like an answer please.

The staff are phenomenal and Texas loves going to school. I have no concerns about dropping her off and enjoy all of the activities they provide for my baby.

The Staff is very friendly and helpful. Heather and Hanna are always very helpful with dexter and all staff members are easy to communicate with on issues with our Dexter. Our Dexter has had savere allergies this year and when the staff was informed I felt that they took the time to keep extra attention on Dexter and we as a family really appreciate this. Thank you all !!!.

Friendly front desk staff

I love that the staff listened to my concerns. They didn't rush me. And they had lost of patience with myself and my doggo.

Was nervous at first since my dog is adopted from a pound, i was worried he would feel like i was leaving him. But I was over the moon that i was able to check in on him periodically with the WebCam to see he was playing and much fun he was having definitely will be coming back!

That our pup seemed to have a good time, was happy, and was very worn out at the end of the day.

Great customer service, the bath my dog receives is always great, overall great service and very pleased. thank you!
