Dogtopia in Round Rock is where my dog Alex loves to play. We are always greeted with a friendly smile and the staff are friendly with Alex, and he loves them! Alex never hesitates to go play at Dogtopia, he is ready to jump out of car when we get there. Their facility is well equipped with staff and is kept very clean. I have taken advantage of their spa discount days and they do a great job giving Alex a bath, brushing his teeth and trimming nails. I highly recommend them!

The staff is very oriented to the well-being of pets in their care. I was very pleased with the safety of the cleaning products and the optional overnight suites.

Your staff are genuinely caring. My dogs are obsessed with going there. Whenever I park the car in front of those doors, they just know and go insane. They are also so tired when they leave there which leaves me knowing they had the best item socializing and playing with other dogs. We simply love Dogtopia.

I love how attentive the staff was with our dogs. I love that we were able to watch our dogs on the nest camera and at the end of their first day we got a cute photo of our dogs.

Affordable and great spa services

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The staff is incredible with Kevin and make sure he gets his frequent breaks and lets me know of any changes with him. Kev LOVES coming to daycare to see his friends and staff!! All I have to say is daycare and he runs to the door! I love that I can watch him on the camera and that the staff is always supervising the group. The dogs are treated like they are family and it shows! ❤❤ I cannot thank yall enough for bringing me peace of mind when my baby is with yall.

Doggie Daycare! My pups always come home grinning.

I was able to get my dog into daycare same day. Had an emergency on Saturday and needed to get my dog in within the hour.

Super friendly, easy to access, they come and get my dog when I get there and when I return, they bring her back out to me.

Very attentive customer service

The staff was super friendly, playrooms looked well kept. I was glad to have my dog go to a place and have some four legged fun. I was able to see my dog on the web cams, sometimes it got stuck but I was happy to have that option.

Wonderful and friendly staff! We are loyal customers ever since Rocky was a small puppy. He absolutely loves everyone there! We highly recommend the staff and service at Dogtopia, especially the Round Rock location.

I. have found all of the staff really like the dogs that come to visit for a playday or else boarding overnight, My dog, Chase really loves it there. He starts wagging his tail as soon as I pull up to the front door to Dogtopia. The staff there is very attentive, patient, gentle and all have a loving attitude towards the dogs and even the pet parents.

Ease of scheduling, quick responses, ability to see pup throughout day

You guys are amazing! We were in a huge bind with moving and needing to board our dogs for a week and the lady at Dogtopia did the eval and boarding the same day. You honestly saved us from a ton of work and research so thank you!!

Super friendly staff, always very welcoming. The grooming for my dog is always done right, my dog returns squeaky clean and brushed. The facilities always look clean and smell great!
