Excellent customer service!

LOVE the ability to peek in with the camera. If I could offer some suggestions though would be for the dogs to actually be PLAYED with. it seems all they do is entertain themselves but they are at least still getting interaction with other dogs socially and getting some exercise and are pooped at the end of the day.

I can call at noon and get my dog in for the afternoon. That’s great! The front desk personnel are always friendly and helpful. I love seeing my dog on the webcam when she’s there. Makes me feel more secure about her being there. It is great for socializing as well. Thanks.

I like that the trainers build a bond with my pet, and he recognizes the different trainers when we drop him off. He’s always excited to see one of the trainers who has definitely become his favorite and ours.
