My dog is always happy to go to Dogtopia. Never even looks back when they take her in. Staff is super friendly. Very clean establishment.

Love the app, easy to schedule and quick approval for boarding. Love that I can see my Teddy via video during the time he is there. He looks happy when I pick him up, he does not come out smelling bad either (I had that happen at other doggie daycares). I love that they spray his things after boarding too. They don't breed discriminate (also had that happened to us at other places where they wouldn't even assess Teddy at all because of his breed mix). Dogtopia does a thorough intake and temperament test before you can schedule anything and as long as they pass it's all good. Love this place.

Toby absolutely loves coming to Daycare. We are not able to use the services as much as we would like to due to living further away. When we are able to use Dogtopia of Round Rock, Toby comes home happy and exhausted, which is a great thing for a 1.5 year old puppy and puppy parent!

I really appreciated the attention to detail and the great staff that showed me around and answered my questions. They made my puppy feel very comfortable and he loved his first day!

The staff is so friendly. They showed me around the facility and explained to me what my sweet girl would be doing during her meet and greet day. I’ll use them for daycare once every other week so my girl will get over her social awkwardness. I’ve already decided to board her their this summer for a long weekend.

Everyone is so caring and helpful with my murphy. They also help me with any questions I have. They treat him with amazing care and greet him like he's their own. I would definitely recommend anyone to Dogtopia.

I liked how friendly the staff was, how clean the place was and how they take some of the dogs and rotated them in and out of the play area when a new dog comes to visit. Especially one that they know are more aggressive. They had staff members in there to watch over the dogs while they were in the play area. I thought it was a very nice facility.

Everyone at the Dogtopia in Round Rock is extremely nice and attentive to our baby. She comes back from doggy daycare so happy!

Just wish you had staff on premises for boarding. When I need to board Irish, I will have to find another provider.

The communication is impeccable, plus , you have access to the webcam so you can see your dog and that’s a great service. People are knowledgeable and kind. The place is clean and beautiful. Outstanding customer service.

You guys obviously love pets but the one thing that stops my from giving 10 stars is that I feel like no one really tries to cut my dog's nails. They just give up.

The facility is spotless. It has all the fun toys and obstacles to keep my dog entertained for the day. The shining star of the day care is the staff. The staff is always the most friendly, energetic, and positive people you will meet. Heather and her team create such an inviting environment that my dog drools when I mention puppy daycare.

I love how friendly the staff is. They took great care of my Flash, and the facility is clean and orderly. I also love that I can watch my dog all day from my desk while I work. Brilliant!
