Friendly atmosphere. Staff is professional and courteous.

Our dog is a large puppy and can be a lot at times and takes a minute to adjust to other dogs around him. The staff at Dogtopia are wonderful, and so patient and great with him and gave him the time he needed to adjust, so that he was able to have a fun day of playing with other dog friends. It’s so nice to have staff that have the knowledge and patience to deal with large, high energy puppies. We love knowing we can bring him in for a day of fun, and it will be a positive experience for him!

I was impressed with the organization of the place, and even more pleased when I met the owner, Ben, and Heather at the front desk. They were warm and friendly and it was obvious they love the dogs and value their clients. I was only there for a Meet & Greet, but it was a very positive experience and I’m taking my dog back for a free day before leaving him there for a few days while I go out of town. And their app lets me check in and actually watch my dog whenever I want. I’m very pleased so far!

Easy drop off, I like that I am able to check on my dog by webcam. I like that the dogs are separated by size an/or play style.

I really appreciated the outstanding professionalism and teamwork from the staff. The meet and greet went really with a smooth and methodical transition for Saint. The entire process was easy to follow and comfortable to experience. The clean facility and welcoming sign with Saint’s name on it was just added touch that made a difference. We learned so much from beginning until the end of the appointment. Thank you again for the outstanding work and important feedback. It was an AWESOME and MEMORABLE experience! The Staff is very nice and always see lots of smiles. I love that there's cameras so we can check on our pups to see how much fun they are having. Dogtopia is very customer driven- I love that the staff has a great sense of urgency to get our pups in and out of our vehicles. I hardly ever have to wait. Thank you Dogtopia staff we appreciate you and all of your hard work!

Grooming is quick, complete, and affordable.

Dutchess has been boarded along with spa day and weekly been going to Round Rock Dogtopia coming up close to 3 years. The staff is awesome!

My dog loves going, he starts freaking out as soon as I pull into the parking lot. He seems happier to see Dogtopia staff than me when I pick him up. He gets so much exercise and doesn’t get cranky about bedtime on his Dogtopia days. Everyone there is so friendly and it’s clear how much they love and care for everyone’s dogs.

Little B always enjoys going and the staff are so nice!
