4 - I get to choose the times I want to work and there is opportunity to get as much or little hours needed and when there are things that come up I can trust that Senior Helpers staff understands.

5 - I feel great after a work day with a client because even if they don't say anything I feel good knowing I did something good even if it wasn't much to help someone else.

The staff is great, great client's and I love the on call days. On call gives employees opportunity to get hours when they don't have many regular hours or they just want extra. Overall the best agency I have worked for.

I like the people I work with. Each client is unique and allows you to learn and grow as a care giver. I also like the people I work along side. You can call e-mail anyone and they are quick to give you an answer if you don't know how to do something.
