I love the love working with the clients! After care & your company I love seeing the smiles on their faces. Also, I love how it isn’t really a set schedule due to the fact that I’m in college, I can just pick up shifts here and there whenever I get a chance.

Versatility with schedule

I love the clients and I love the staff I work with. We are like a family and anything you need they are there for you. Sometimes our schedules are all different and they keep in mind that some of us have children, husbands, other jobs or obligations beyond work and they work with us and understand our needs as well as the clients. Also if it worn't for our clients non of us would have jobs and I love the fact that our staff pairs us with people we can work well with. If we don't work well with someone they usually find someone that does.

I like helping those who can no longer do or remember how to do the everyday things for themselves. I always think about how I would want to be treated and cared for if I were in their position. It gives me joy to be able to assist and care for them and make their a little easier.
