The warmth of communication with it's helpers. The prompt response to the helpers needs. Working with it's helpers to help them get the required hours. The training classes to refresh and ensure each helper is all working in unity with the clients. . I appreciate that Senior Helpers look out for their helpers health as well the clients health.
