Flexibility in schedule, great for single moms like me and great for people that have to rely on babysitters. The staff is awesome and have always worked hard to fill slots needed and the same for their employees to give them hrs. The on call hours are a huge benefit to make that extra cash when your hours are limited. Caregivers I have met seem to be reliable and enjoy their jobs.
I really like the hours. You can choose your own hours and they always respond fast to your needs.
