I will recommend the Y to my friends everyone there is so nice and I am having a good workout with the classes with through silver sneakers. I had a ready bring two people with me my friend, and my sister-in-law

I see people of all ages, races and physical abilities enjoying the multitude of programs and activities at the Plant City Y. It represents inclusivity and diversity in the people it serves and programs it offers. For me, every visit is an uplifting experience.I love the Plant City Y!!!!

Great facility with many different fitness options, a variety of classes with excellent instructors, friendly front desk, beautiful pool, and facility is kept clean and maintained, scheduling on time, good app for communicating different opportunities for participation.

Its a great place for families to prioritize health.
Child watch staff are great and love them options and discounts for memebers regarding extra curricular activities.

They are always welcoming! They also recently got all new equipment and have updated a lot of flooring since I started in September. I like to bring my 10 year old son, we both enjoy that he gets to join in with my exercises on certain equipment. I have never been to a gym that is so family friendly. I highly recommend joining the Y for family wellness/fitness.
