The atmosphere is very friendly. There are a variety of programs and activities to choose from for both exercise and entertainment.

There are so many good things to say about the East Pasco Y. First is the People. All pleasant, helpful. The hours are amazing. I'm an early riser and during the week the pool opens at 6Am. So I get my day started. If the weather is too cold, I ride a stationary bike instead of swimming. I've been a member of the Y since 2005,Belonging keeps me moving.

Because you have a multiple equipment to use. Like weights and cardio machines. Different types of classes. You have a great team workers.

I love how the YMCA has activities for the whole family. It’s a very welcoming place.

I wish toddlers open gymnastics was available on a drop-in basis instead of having to pay for a full month.

There are so many different classes to choose from and I am really enjoying taking the barre class with Alli.

The number of different classes and gym equipment offered for the cost is very economical. The members and staff are very friendly and it’s a very safe environment. No judgement!!

I love this YMCA! The employees are so pleasant. We are always met with a greeting and a smile. I really enjoy the classes too. There’s a little something for everyone of every age and fitness level. I have worked with Patrick one of the personal trainers and he has very knowledgeable and has shared some great pointers.
I highly recommend this facility often to friends looking for a gym.
One downside is not enough parking. During peak times I have had to park in the lots on the main road to the gym and walk. For me not a problem but maybe others who aren’t able to walk distances it would be.

love the silver sneaker programs, also live strong. Very important for the health of our seniors. Also very grateful to JODI i instructor of live strong, and also Wilda how lucky we are to have such great instructors. the front desk is also top shelf, we are always welcomed with a smile and great customer service
