Merick Davis was our zerorez technician. Had our couch, a recliner, and the carpet in the living room, dining room and 3 bedrooms cleaned. He was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Everything looked great when he completed the work.

First time with Zerorez. Your service was great the first time but missed a couple spots due to the lighting in the rooms, so I called. You scheduled right away and came out and did the missed spots as well as touched up an area or two. Matt and John who did the cleaning were awesome. Courteous and great communicators. Told me to take a look at what they did and walked the area with me. Will use you again in the future
Reasonable prices. The sofa and area rug look and smell like new. Very efficient tech, wasted no time, worked efficiently. Cleaned up.
Overall it was a very positive experience. Sam was very polite and professional. I was pleased with the end result. The only negative was the lengthy time window of when the cleaner was expected to arrive, anywhere between 12:30 - 3:30. I was glad when the cleaner arrived around 1:45 pm versus closer to 3:30 pm.

Valentino was our technician and he was very nice. He was friendly, kind and helpful. He had a long day with our two parish houses to be cleaned! I have used Zerorez myself at my home, and because of that experience, I chose Zerorez to clean at our churches too!
