I had Zerorez clean our carpets recently. I would highly recommend them. The technician called ahead of time, arrived on time, asked if I had any questions for him. He did a fabulous job. When he was almost finished, he showed me a section that he hadn’t done and it was unbelievable how dirty our carpets were. Price was reasonable. He didn’t try to push products or additional services. I could pay by credit card without an additional fee added on. It was a positive experience and I will definitely use again.

The many options you have for a clean house. Professional employees. Polite. Thorough.

We spilled bright pink nail polish on a new cream colored Anso nylon carpet. Quick action with nail polish remover took care of a lot of it but we still had very noticeable pink areas. Tino came out first and got most of it removed. Then, after drying, Aaron came out and rinsed and extracted it again. You cannot tell the carpet was ever stained. I could not be more pleased with the result.

Zerorez always does a great job! Every cleaner we have each year is very professional and respectful. This year our cleaner was able to get out a stubborn stain that no one has previously.

The Zerorez technician, Brandon, was courteous, put booties on before entering our home, was professional, efficient, and worked steadily to completion and kept us informed along the way as to what steps he was taking to clean our ducts and what he found.
