I have had some chronic issues with my dominant hand and shoulder. I have been to different doctors, but it seems the only one who addresses this issues and most recently connected the dots is Mike Reynolds. I get relief from pain when I go to him!!!! He looks at the whole picture and how one area of the body affects function of the other, especially if there is a negative affect: pain, numbness, loss of ROM, etc! He knows anatomy and physiology and applies it to his skill. I spend summers in Maine and I have tried other LMTs and have NEVER found anyone as skilled and knowledgeable as Mike.
Mike is a GEM!!!!

I really enjoy the 1 hour classes.
The friendly instructors and all the familiar faces at the gym. There is a real sense of community with other regular members.

RJ gives a wonderful massage and will accomadate what I need. The salon is always clean and relaxing.

I always tell everyone that your studio is THE place to be! Beautiful place, good intructors and lovely atmosphere over all.
