I like the many health benefits of the treatment sessions. I am grateful for the red light sessions that help reduce inflammation in my body. The facilities are comfortable and private, allowing you to relax and enjoy the full experience of this wonderful place. The staff members are the very best, pleasant and supportive. I like that everything is ready for me when I arrive with my preferences for temperature and what is on the t.v. I like that it is clean and the towels are fresh. I like that I am greeted by friendly people. I love the eucalyptus towels! I appreciate that it is quiet when I'm in the sauna. I like the ability to adjust the temperature and turn on or off the red-light therapy. I like that I can add the salt therapy, if I want it. I like being able to book on the app and see my appointments.

The sauna sessions are quite effective to help us sweat and clean out you pores!

Always a pleasure to step into the studio. The overall experience is 10/10. Jack is one of my favourite teachers: he must have been born to teach reformer pilates. :) You can always adjust movement and challenge yourself, depenging on the day and your feeling.

Robin always delivers the best concierge service. We make this our regular date and she plays a big role in how satisfying the experience is.

As an aside, we wish you had many more HOOKS on the walls in the sauna rooms to hang our belongings. I even thought of installing some ourselves, but don't worry we won't. But wish owners would do so! Otherwise 5 star experience.

I love Perspire studios in West Delray because the saunas make me feel amazing. It has red light therapy as well as chroma therapy. I have tried to Snow shower (I admit I was reluctant) but it gave me so much energy for the rest of the day. There is a large TV in each studio, and the rooms are kept meticulously clean. They provide towel service and a cool eucalyptus towel for after your session. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend to everyone!

For 10 years I suffered from chronic back pain and body inflamation and regularly used pain management methods, physical therapy and epidural shots to ease my pain. The infared spa and red light therapy has eliminated the need for any of those things. For a year now, with regular weekly sessions my back and body pain is minimal, almost non-existent! The health benefits of Perspire have been an unexpected gift and life changing experience for me. Another bonus - the staff is always helpful and friendly and the facility is clean and tidy.
