A fantastic selection of classes to choose from, with brilliant instructors and friendly supportive staff. A lovely encouraging atmosphere where everyone is welcome, no matter what their level of fitness to start with. The happiest hours of my week are spent in WF!

What I would highlight the most is that the studio is very spacious, clean, and bright. All the trainers are very professional and make you feel at home. The machines are new, and there is plenty of space between them.

Facilities and trainer!
Th employees and the yoga place and all of the people who take the classes and the people who teach the yoga classes. The price is affordable you are close to where I live. Yoga pods let’s everybody do yoga the way they can do it and you let us modify the moves so we can still do them.I also like that we can use the. Props and the walls and that we do not have to do all the moves if we can’t do them at all or we have to do them when we can’t do them anymore at all. We can move at our own pace.
Staff was so kind and helpful. Vibes immaculate. Left feeling like a brand new person and will be returning time and time again.
The hydrotherapy or whatever it was called with the salt water didn’t work the full 20 minutes but I was promptly refunded so no worries there.
It was easy, very professional and the Dr was very nice. I will be doing all my follow ups with him.
