I love that everyone knows our names. We don't have to know anything, the trainers set everything up and count for us! All the trainers are fantastic. 30 minutes and we're done. :)

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Facility is clean and sauna very relaxing. The ability for shower after sauna would've pushed it to a 10 rating for sure.
