The staff is absolutely amazing. They ensure that my music is queued up on my arrival, and are always pleasant and kind. The rooms exceed my expectations every time. My schedule has changed which prevents me from coming several times a week. I'll be back as soon as things settle down later in the year.
The trainers consistently deliver excellent guidance during the sessions. I feel safe to push myself, knowing they are so clisely watching my form so there's little likelihood of overdoing.

I can’t say enough good things about Perspire Sauna in Peachtree Corners. The team is consistently welcoming and professional, which makes the experience even better. The infrared sessions have been a powerful addition to my wellness routine and are helping me lose weight and feel stronger overall. Highly recommend!
I love this Perspire location because along with access to a classic shower, they also offer contrast therapy with their snow shower feature, absolutely amazing feeling right after the sauna!
The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is calming and welcoming. My session was wonderful and I left feeling refreshed. Definitely made the right choice to purchase a package.
The personalization part of it. The fact that it’s only 2x a week for 30 minutes each time. That is doable with my schedule.
I like the classes taught by Souroush Rezaian, Yin and hatha.
I will try out some of the other teachers too.
