Trish is an excellent teacher. She used repetition to teach the choreography and offered alternative moves for those of us that were challenged with certain moves.
I truly enjoyed the class and look forward to next week's.

Clean, welcoming spacious studio. Front desk takes the time to explain where everything is located. Instructor was super knowledgeable and gave gentle corrections where needed. She also took the time to answer my questions after class and give a few demonstrations of alternative positions.

Sauna
Would like 8pm classes or later with flow or Hatha instead of mostly yin for those that work all day every day.
Staff is so great! Sauna was ready for me (at my preferred temp) even in the morning. I so appreciate that kindness and the cleanliness of the studio.
