All the staff are amazing, from reception staff to all the tutors. I attended the Reformer Pilates classes approximately 2/3 weekly and everyone is amazing.
I attend Maria UJ on Tuesdays, Barbara on Fridays and Sadbh on Sunday. Every class is different and the tutors are encouraging and amazing to everyone. It’s such a warm welcoming place.

I like how the instructors at the old town studio remember my name, and note my improvement or if I need to adjust. After 1.5 years of coming on Saturday’s, it’s starting to feel more like a community and I appreciate that a lot.
I really enjoyed my session. I like that my preferences were recorded for next time. I was surprised that it wasn’t ready for me to start on time - I felt like I couldn’t take time to cool down without running over. I didn’t like that I had to watch a video on the same content the representative walked me through and I needed a 2nd big towel for showering because I used the big one to sit on during my session. Seems odd there wouldn’t also be a towel on the hook for the rooms with showers.

I love to go into deep roots, it has a very friendly environment, and is very comfortable. I’ve always enjoyed my massages that I get from my therapist. All therapists that I have seen have been very professional, they take time to interview you before your massage. Asking questions Such as what are you looking for? What can I do to help you? Does any body part hurt you? Are always asked before they begin working on you. I always leave feeling so much better than when I came in.

Instructors are excellent and there are a variety of different class types and levels. Classes are offered at convenient times and very friendly staff. The studio is clean and spacious. Dance floors are in very good shape.
Perspire is amazing. The customer service is top notch. Coming out of the sauna I felt super refreshed. I loved it so much that I even signed up for a monthly membership and being almost 2 hours away from the nearest one says a lot. The washcloths are super refreshing. My only thing is I wish the towels were a bit bigger as I'm a bigger girl and it would be great if I could just wrap up in it. Other than that two thumbs up and ten stars!
