The staff is incredible. They take very good care of my black lab Connor and seem genuinely happy to see Connor when I bring him in. I also love that when I walk in the door at the end of the day they know which dog belongs to me without even asking. There have been several occasions where they have seen me coming across the parking lot and have already gotten Connor ready to go home before I even make it inside. There is always a friendly face and conversation. I also enjoy seeing how the staff interact with the dogs on the Webcams.

I love the fact that you evaluate all dogs before they are allowed to go to daycare. Conner our son (dog) was so excited. I also love that you have someone in the area while they are playing. You have a great team and wonderful business.
