LOVE how the took care of my baby for the weekend! The webcam is the best I loved checking in on him throughout the day and seeing how much love he got from the employees. He was so exhausted when we picked him up! Tired pup === happy pup!

I love the customer service of this facility! The owner himself greats everyone and is so genuine and thorough in the tour. The dog trainers are very experienced in all dog types and personalities and I appreciate their time spent getting to know our fur babies. I loved the daily summary report with pics as well and how high tech they are with the app and live camera feeds. My babies won't stay anywhere else!
Jay and the staff genuinely care about the dogs! There is always a watchful eye in the dog rooms. My pup, Willie, had his meet and greet yesterday. He was very timid and I was nervous. They assured me, the behavior was natural and he would be fine. They made me feel so comfortable leaving Willie for a while.
The entire building is spotless and odorless! I was very impressed with Dogtopia.
Everything is very clean. I liked that the owner gave us a tour of the facility beforehand. The employees were very nice & attentive to all of the dogs needs.
All the people seem qualified and positively engaged. We feel our dog has always gotten good care there. The web cam is a really nice touch.

People who work for Dogtopia are the company’s greatest asset. Always personable and friendly. My dog tries to jump through the car window when we pull up so I have no doubts that she is treated well. The web cams are great to check in on puppy during the day. The schedule there helps us to keep a schedule at home. Just wish they were open until 7 pm on weekdays.

Our dog Lyla had a blast on her first day! We were able to see what she was up to by peaking in on the live cameras and we could tell she was having the best time. When we picked her up, she was exhausted from playing with all of her new friends. We can’t wait to take her back and I’m sure she can’t wait to go back either!
