Staff is amazing. My dog Victoria had only been there a couple of times and it had been a while since I brought her. They totally remembered her and they were excited to see her.
It is so nice dropping off my pup and have no worries that she is loved and well taken care of while I'm traveling. Olive used to be nervous when I dropped her off and now she runs straight back to play without even saying goodbye! It makes me happy to see her so comfortable.

Today was my dogs first day back since last February. I was so happy to bring her back. My only issue was that the playroom that she was in (Beach) the Webcam wasn't working. After calling and leaving a voice mail and having to call back since no one returned my call to check in on my baby girl. I mentioned that the camera was down and no response. It's sad that the owner couldn't even say I'M SO SORRY ABOUT YOUR INCONVENIENCE. The girls that were in the playroom came out with my dog to tell me about her day. I'm hoping that the camera will be fixed by the next time she goes back. No other dog owner shouldn't be able to see their animals playing during their cars.
The staff are caring and friendly. They are so loving with our older pup. The space is always clean and the dogs look like they’re having a great time!
You all have been very welcoming and accommodating , making sure Ben will do as well as possible during his stay with you. I feel safe leaving him with you and that's a big thing! I also feel that you are very tuned-in to his particular needs and that gives me reassurance that you will call me at the first concern you might have. My husband and i both like your happy attitudes, and sense that Dogtopia will become Ben's new home away from home!

The Dogtopia at the Avenues balances personal friendly care for my dog and attention to me with professional care and competence. They have a great staff that seems to understand that they provide care to pets as part of supporting a successful business. They clean up after dogs and give friendly, personal greetings to customers.

My dog looked great after his spa wash. Teeth were cleaned and he had an oatmeal shampoo.
I came from Pet Paradise because I had an incident there that showed me how little the employees really knew about how to handle or interact with dogs. Apollo is a crazy hyper little guy who loves to horseplay and run around. The employees are well trained to recognize dog behaviors and can see when both dogs are having a good time and when someone might need to step in to calm things down.They always seem ready and happy to see any and all pups no matter what type of personality they might have and never seem annoyed or frustrated when the little guys are still young and over zealous.

The people that work there take great care with boarding our dog. We were late picking him up on a Holaday, but the people stayed late so we didn't have to keep him for another night. they didn't even charge us extra. We were very happy to bring our dog home after a long weekend.

The staff at the front desk was willing to answer all questions. Staff with the fur babies kept attention on them and the cleanliness. When I went to Dogtopia to inquire as the staff were getting the babies for their owners I was asking other parents their thoughts on Dogtopia and everyone spoke highly.
Video was amazing! It made me feel more secure about my decision and good or bad there is accountability on the staff at all times.
I did visit other day cares and found that over all what you get in services outshine other competition in the area.
