We take our pup Murphy there and he loves it!! We take him so he can work his energy out as we are very busy durning the week. Everyone there is so friendly and we love the cam so we can see our little guy playing with his friends!!

I never boarded my dogs in the past because I never trusted any place to give the care they received from me. Now I only trust one place and that is Dogtopia at The Avenues. The trust, peace and comfort they provide gives my wife and I more freedom to do things. That is especially true with spur of the moment plans. We don't live close to them but we don't hesitate to make the drive so we are sure our rescue dog with some fear issues with people (based on terrible past before rescue) has the best time and is treated properly and feels comfortable. THAT is the most important part!

I came to Jacksonville due to a family emergency, Dogtopia made the trip so much easier for me and my dog Oliver. They were so considerate and understanding on short notice we were able to do the meet and greet and stay another time in just a few days. It was such a relief to know that my sweet dog was having a great time playing instead of having to leave him in an unfamiliar place alone. Everyone at Dogtopia was amazing and Oliver thoroughly enjoyed his stay. Whether you live in Jax or are traveling with your dog I highly recommend Dogtopia to care for your dog so you can go out and about for a few hours or the day. Don’t leave your dog in the hotel room when he could play all day at Dogtopia and be pleasantly exhausted when you pick him up!
Open play and less crate time
I always enjoy how well the staff handles Wonder. They are very caring and patient with her. Also, I love the feature on the app of the cams and that when I pick her up I get a report on how she did. I actually have started to share that report with my friends.
Staff was amazing. Victoria had a blast and came home warn out, which is a good thing. I was given a tour and was very impressed with the facility.

I love the friendly staff and clean environment at Dogtopia. It’s always so nice when I walk in and everyone knows me and Tuukka. I feel like I can heavily depend on the facility and staff and they always pull through. As a military spouse it’s nice to know that if ever needed, would have total faith that Tuukka is in good hands. Love that you offer military discounts too.
Only things I don’t love are that in the mornings it seems like there isn’t enough staff. It’s usually just Jay who is constantly taking pups back so parents have to wait. Also don’t love the smell of Tuukka after picking him up. I think it’s the scent of the wipes. Totally minor stuff in an otherwise wonderful facility! I recommend you all whenever I can! Also love to see your social media updates. They are always great. So is Emma!
