We found Dogtopia to be very accommodating & friendly. They were able to deal with our changes in travel plans on short notice. They also returned our dog, Katy, to us looking & smelling nice even though I saw her playing continually with other dogs, meaning they slobbered on each other & rolled around on the floor. Plus Katy loves the staff!
We were in Jacksonville for a weekend to visit friends with a dog allergy and needed to board our dog. Dogtopia set up a meet and greet to get to know our dog and make sure Goose got along with the other dogs. We found Dogtopia to be focused our dog’s best interests. The facility was clean and the dogs are divided into groups based on size and energy level. The staff was friendly, professional and seems to really enjoy their job. The best part about this location compared to the one in Roswell where we live is the dogs get outside time
