Good coaches
All instructors have been kind and extremely patient when working with my kids (one is 3 in level 3 and my youngest is in the level 1 class). My oldest orginally wanted nothing to do with the pool but thanks to her instructors she now loves it.
The staff is friendly and the coaches are doing a great job with my autistic 6 year old son!

Every single person we’ve encountered has been fantastic. This place really REALLY cares about the kids. One of the biggest transitions is when the 2.5 year olds switch to the next class and they no longer have their parent there. Aqua tots has all hands on deck when they have any kids making that transition to make everything go as smoothly as possibly (because as you can imagine, it can be a huge milestone for some kids) .
We have also seen some circumstances happen that were completely out of anyone at Aqua tots control, and they handle it SO well. I can’t stress that enough. Safety first and when warranted they add a made up class to your account. Speaking of their make up policy, it is unmatched by any other children’s / kids activity I’ve seen so far. Of course it’s best to stick with the same couch to get the best results but they also understand that parents lives are very hectic now a days and sometimes we just need to switch a class a few hours before our original class was supposed to start. Absolutely amazing

I absolutely love the service. From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed in such a warm and inviting way. Every single person there is incredibly kind and professional.

It is a far better program then I have seen elsewhere.
We have been very pleased with Aqua-Tots! Lilah has been a wonderful instructor. She is kind but firm. My son really looks forward to coming to his lessons. The staff is friendly and patient.

Fast progress
Awesome — while I was in India, I had an issue with my account payment. I didn’t pause my account, but they still gave me two months of make-up lessons, which is great.
The Staff are amazing! Anyah is so great with out little guy. Asia is amazing, and has been great with our son as well. She knows how to calm him with such speed, and she just loves him too! All of the Front Desk Staff is great! They're so kind and patient with me. They've even answered all my questions about the app.

Excellent facility, friendly staff and it is easy to cancel and schedule makeup classes which do happen as scheduling kids is difficult
The staff and coaches are wonderful!!!! Especially the Sunday group!!! My daughter always feels welcomed and comfortable to learn.

The schedule is flexible, the couches are so kind and patient. My son loves to swim and this has been a great activity for us to do together.

Very Clean swimming pool, the staff are nice and friendly, the app super user friendly to reschedule the classes, everything is great except they need to get more hair dryers!(The existing ones are not working properly!)

I love the fact that they give you a one day trial to see how not just your child likes the school but also you as well.
My daughter is very clingy, and this was no problem for the staff or the coaches to understand and make the necessary judgment calls to help ease her transition of not being attached to my hip.
Another great thing which is a small notice for some, but a big notice for me is them remembering my daughter‘s name. This shows that the staff is being a tentative and aware of the students that are part of their programs which is reassuring for me for safety purposes.
My daughter has only been attending for a month and I’ve definitely seen the improvements not just in her behavior of being away from me for only 30 minutes but also how much she has learned within her four classes that she’s had.
Knowing that there’s so much more opportunity that this school has to offer I’m hoping that she wants to stick with this for a while and even be a part of the swim team.
