I love the teachers. Especially Ms. Tish and Mr. Eli. My daughter has been going here since she was 3 years old and now she is 6. Great swim school!

I have been very impressed with my child’s progress. I’m so glad Safe Splash focuses on safety skills and swimming technique.

My daughter started out with lie confidence however now she had confidence and loves the swim school. My only concern is the transition from instructors. Mote than half the instructors are no longer there

Mr. Max and Ms. Drew were excellent swim instructors and everyone we interacted with was extremely polite and friendly. My kids felt safe and made progress with their skills.

I had a great first lesson at SafeSplash. It was supposed to be a semi private lesson, but I had two instructors working with just me and Keith (director - outside the pool) chimed in a few times with more tips and help. It was a great start toward getting me to actually swimming properly.
Before the lesson, I thought 30 minutes was too short, but that was really enough time to wipe me out.
If I had to offer one constructive criticism it would be that as an adult, I don't need (or want, really) the relentless positivity that they normally give to the children they teach. But that's such a minor nitpick.
I love that the teachers push my child to perform at their best. They are still nurturing and patient. I love that my child is growing more confident in their swimming ability.
The staff & facility
Been coming here for years great lessons, sometimes depends on who the coach is and how large the class fills up. Only challenge is they introduced a new call center a year or so back and they're a nightmare to deal with. Typically takes longer than needed to schedule make ups or switch classes, when they do do it they don't seem to have the full availability of what the location can do, and its about a 50% hit rate that they actually take the right actions. Example kid was scheduled for a different level than they were supposed to be or we show up for a make up class and the location tells us they don't have our child scheduled.
Such a great program! Wonderful instructors who are not only incredibly skilled. but incredibly patient in working with the kids. And a great set of program organizers who make the whole program run flawlessly!

I love the organization and professionalism at SafeSwim. A friend of mine has a son that has learned so much in one year and enjoys swimming. I'm looking forward to my grand(son) doing the same this year.
The first class we had for our child was awesome. Isabelle was great in receiving Arjun and he liked and learnt the swim.
The staff is amazing, and the facility is very clean. Our grand-daughter loves it, and her instructor, Amber is great with the kids. All of the kids seem to enjoy themselves.

Only thing is the teacher rotation changes almost every week but I guess that’s normal
It took a few months of lessons, but now my kid seems at home in the water. I felt comfortable enough watching my kid swim while I was on shore -- didn't have to be in the water with her the whole time. Swimming is such a good life skill to have, especially for vacations.
Wish we wouldn't have our instructor changed without the option of changing dates that worked with her new schedule first. Once we started having inconsistent instructors, we noticed a decline in the progress. We love Taylor and Allen!
