Lower the cost. I am a Senior on a fixed income and even less hair.
I responded to an ad for a free haircut if it was my first time. I arrived at the location and was told that I qualified for a free upgrade to their best haircut and massage. I am a little upset that I had to pay $20 for a free haircut. The place was great and the haircut was decent, just a bad taste due to false advertising.

Me and my husband use your shampoo conditioner and moisturizer with the tree tea oil in it every single day it makes our hair shiny and healthy and smell really good. We were very pleased with our haircuts that you gave to us on the day that you or the weekend that you opened for free my son looks good with his haircut.I love mine and so does my husband. I stopped by the first day of opening a gentleman greeted me so this is our grand opening outside on the Walk Way he told me about some of the things they offer I said this sounds great he said let us give you a free haircut come on Inn I said okay, after I was done I asked if I can give a temp to the hair cutter she says yes we can do that at the front counter, there was confusion at the register another girl tries helping another girl then the other girl asked my cutter something and she just nodded her head now and another question no, and they told me it was going to be 20 plus dollars, I had told them the gentleman at the front door that greeted me we were going to give you a free haircut they all looked at each other and said oh okay, at that time they processed see tip I gave her a $5 tip.
It was the quiet questions asked to the hair cutter quietly that I was Disturbed.
In the beginning my hair cutter did explain what they had to offer,
There was no mention of any pricing on the treatments that they offer.
An opportunity to look into,
My hair is very short I cut the sides myself but I would like a finished flat top I don't mind paying 10 or $12 for a finished flat top but to pay full price for a full haircut, this does not seem correct

Alex, the assistant manager, was awesome, friendly, and efficient. She explained everything through the process as I got the MVP package. I even ended up buying product at the end. Exciting to have a Sport Clips here in town. Looking forward to going there from now on.
I came in to have Marissa cut my hair as she had before and I was just happy to find her again. She cuts hair better than anyone else has cut my hair before.
