I checked in online at about 4:45pm, and the site told me to arrive at 5:01pm. I arrived a few minutes early and say my name was already on the display in the 2nd position. I sat and read for about 25-30 minutes, while other names showed up after mine by online checkins and walk-ins. Someone farther down the list was helped(they were even after the guy after me who also checked in online) and I began to get up and leave.

I was then told "they checked in online" and I stated I did as well, but at 4:45. It was then I was asked to stay and someone will be with me in a moment.

A couple of things frustrate me about this. It is probably obvious, but I will state it anyways.

1. Why give a time to show up online, and then be unable to serve for nearly 30 minutes? I would have rather been told that I needed to come later and wait 5-10 minutes(15 would have even been fine, but put together with the next issue...).

2. Why, if a name shows up on a list in order of check-in time, without them even being there yet, would someone else be served prior to those on the list? I'm accepting of special circumstances (i.e. kid with autism), but would expect an explanation by being pulled aside and told/asked. Unfortunately, either this wasn't the case, or there was simply no attention paid to the list order.

I was taken care of by the beautiful Tina, and she did an amazing! Job. Just every point and step she did was so well done and so professional about her job. Store looks amazing too.

Could improve by giving customers a basic haircut service for 10 or 11 dollars. Instead of 20 or 25 as the only prices to choose from

I like my hair cut shorter than it was and didn't realize it wasnt cut as short as I like until I got home and combed my hair.
