I loved the way they thought about everything. I needed to do some shopping after my son's haircut. When she washed out the cut hair, it was a big relief for me.

I wanted my hair trimmed and layered. It was already layered, I wanted the front to be shorter, which that part was ok , but it is not even. Not to mention that one side is straight cut while the other side is kind of blended. All in all the cut is terrible. I get better cuts at California Beauty Collage. The girl was nice enough

Friendly and personable
First, you enter and you are greeted with a computer to sign in. The trouble is the employers think you know how the program on their computer works, witch you don't. Second, the person who is cutting your hair don't really tell you how much your hair cutting will cost unless you ask them. Thrid, while the person is cutting your hair has no customer service. They don't even tell you anything about the company or how the business started. Will I come there again no. I would not come there even if you gave me a free hair cut.
Your employee Kristin was very knowledgeable and helped me with my hairstyle like no one has before, she gave me a few tips and tricks to have my hair hold longer and how to keep the back from looking messy. Along with showing me a product which has worked out very nicely since I bought it from your company. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely be coming back.
